College Menís

Aiken Technical College 64, Clinton Junior College 50

Playing in Rock Hill, Aiken Tech (7-9) opened up its Region 10 play with a win on the road.

Keith Crump led the team in scoring with 29 points and added five assists.

Boys

Silver Bluff 66, Barnwell 45

Silver Bluff (9-7, 4-1 Region 5-AA) continued its solid region effort with the 21-point victory.

Jaylen Lawrence led the Bulldogs with 19 points, and Donte Wright was not far behind with 18 points. Silver Bluff will host Bamberg-Ehrhardt on Tuesday.

Aiken JV 42, North Augusta 31

Aiken (9-3, 4-0 Region 5-AAAA) stayed unbeaten in region play with the win over county foe North Augusta.

The Hornets were led in scoring by Jordan McKevie with 11 points and will next play Wednesday at South Aiken.

South Aiken JV 41, White Knoll 18

South Aiken (9-1, 4-0 Region 5-AAAA) stayed in its winning ways with a blowout of White Knoll.

Terrance Prandy led the T-Breds with 11 points. South Aiken will next host Aiken on Wednesday.

Aiken MS 54, Ridge Spring-Monetta 40

Three players scored in double digits for the Gators (6-3) in the win.

Anthony Tyler scored 16 points, Calvin Mathis scored 13 points and Lorenzo Davis added 11. Aiken Middle will play at Kennedy on Thursday.

LBC MS 62, Jackson 38

Three players scored in double-digits for LBC (8-4) in its win over Jackson (3-7). Taylor Wade led the way with 19 points, and Zion Truesdell and Javias Eubanks scored 12 and 10, respectively. LBC will host Paul Knox on Thursday.

Kennedy MS, Schofield 28

Kennedy (9-1) got 14 points from Tancey Richardson against Schofield (8-3), and every Eagle scored. Jordan Lyyes led the Rams with 10 points. The next game for Kennedy is Tuesday at North Augusta.

Girls

Silver Bluff 42, Barnwell 15

Silver Bluff (11-4, 5-0 Region 5-AA) stayed unbeaten in region play in the blowout victory.

Ashanti Brown led the Bulldogs in scoring with 16 points, and Roxanna Cheek had 12. Silver Bluff will host Bamberg-Ehrhardt on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Aiken JV 26, North Augusta 25

Tyesha McKevia led the Hornets (7-2, 2-2 Region 5-AAAA) with 10 points.

South Aiken JV 26, White Knoll 19

Keisha Whitaker led the T-Breds with eight points.

Aiken MS 37, Ridge Spring-Monetta 4

Aiken (8-1) got 14 points from LaKayla Odom and 10 points from Demetria Hart in the dominating win. The Gators will play at Kennedy on Thursday.

Jackson MS 35, LBC 33

Iyceiss Drayton turned in a 24-point performance for Jackson (4-6) in the close win.

Jackson will next host North Augusta on Thursday.

Schofield MS 22, Kennedy 20

Schofield (9-1) squeaked by Kennedy (7-3) for the rivalry win.

Destiny Williams and Kayla Rogers scored six points each, and Schofield will host Leavelle McCampbell on Tuesday.
