A North Augusta home was reportedly invaded by three assailants early Monday morning, according to a sheriff’s report.
The residence, located on Sanders Drive, was forcibly entered by the subjects at about 1 a.m. The bedroom door of a victim was kicked in by one of the men who was armed with a handgun, and they asked “where the money was,” the report read.
Another resident of the home was struck in the face with a pistol, and money was removed from the pockets of a pair of pants that was laying on the floor, according to the report. Medication was also reported missing from the home.
The three subjects fled, running across the road behind some houses. No arrests have been made in relation to this incident.
