Lockdowns now have been lifted on Millbrook Elementary School and Chukker Creek Elementary school.

Millbrook Elementary School was on lockdown as a precautionary measure, according to school officials. This is what is posted on Millbook's website:

“Due to a domestic dispute with one of our employees, we are on lockdown until the police inform us that the individual involved is in custody. We do have law enforcement on campus as a safety precaution for all of our stakeholders.

Please do not hesitate to call the school if you have any questions.”

Millbrook staff said that the person of interest was not on campus.

Chukker Creek Elementary was on a soft lock down earlier this morning because of a report of a trespasser.

Chukker Creek had this posted this morning on their website:

“Because of a report of a trespasser on our grounds, we are on a soft lock down until the police investigate and assure us that the grounds and surrounding properties are clear. We do have law enforcement on campus as a safety precaution for all of our stakeholders.”
