An Aiken man reported on Tuesday that his dog was stolen from the yard of his Ridge Avenue home. The dog is described as a blue-and tiger-striped pit bull. The dog is pregnant, has a scar on her upper lip and answers to Honeybun.

An Aiken woman was detained for breach of trust after she reportedly took $110 from the cash drawer at the restaurant in which she worked.

A 19-year-old man was detained for driving under the influence on Wednesday after Aiken County Sheriff’s deputies pulled him over for driving recklessly on U.S. 78 in Williston.

Aiken Public Safety responded to a burglary on Hampton Avenue on Wednesday. A bag of prescription medication was reported missing.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to burglaries on Pine Circle in Monetta and Franklin Road in Beech Island on Wednesday.

Vehicle break-ins were reported Wednesday on Hubert Street in Warrenville and Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta.

A vehicle was reported stolen from Carline Road in Warrenville on Tuesday.
