The Aiken Choral Society is hosting its 25th and final Holiday Tour of Homes today from 4 to 7 p.m.
The tour will include five homes, including two new stops, and will start at the Aiken County Historical Museum, said Tricia Hall, society member.
Tickets are $15 and can be picked up at Aiken Drug or the museum.
Maps and descriptions of the homes will also be available at the museum.
Raffles and a door prize from Ivy Cottage will be given away.
At the museum after the tour, South Aiken High School NJROTC will be given an award for to their “25 years of standing” with the tour, Hall said.
“The cadets are upstanding young citizens, as is Cmdr. Larry Laughlin, their teacher and role model. The Holiday Homes Tour has become a community endeavor far beyond our earliest and simplest goals. This could not have been accomplished without the help of the SAHS NJROTC,” Joann Hartley, society member, said in an Aiken Standard letter last year.
The Guest House of Joye Cottage, “Squash Court,” Red Top and Sandhurst have been some of the houses shown through the years.
The museum is located at 433 Newberry St. S.W.
