NORTH – Mr. Willie Jacob Wingard, 82, entered into rest Monday, December 3, 2012. Mr. Wingard is survived by his wife of 63 years; Edith Pardue Wingard, daughter and son-in-law Norma and Larry Jeffcoat, Sr., grandchildren; Rachel Lynn Jeffcoat and Larry Jeffcoat, Jr., great granddaughter; Angel Jeffcoat, sister Rosetta Jones, and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Wingard was the son of the late Drayton and Pearlie Ezekial Wingard. He was a retired Truck Driver and a member of Neeses Church of God. Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and other times at the home of Larry and Norma Jeffcoat.
