Aiken Youth Orchestra to hold Winter Concert

The Aiken Youth Orchestra has planned its Winter Concert for Tuesday at 7 p.m.

The concert, which is free and open to the public, is comprised of the full orchestra and the string orchestra, lead by Joe Laorenza and Angela Shaw.

The concert will be held at the Aiken Center for the Arts, located at 122 Laurens St.

The string orchestra will perform incantations by Richard Meyerm, “The Carol of the Bells” and other holiday favorites. The full orchestra performances includes “An American Rhapsody,” “A Christmas Festival” and “Csardas.”
