A water main break on Woodside Plantation Drive left approximately 30 residences without water, and a boil advisory is in effect for the impacted area, according to the Aiken Department of Public Safety. It is recommended that residents boil their water for 24 hours after the restoration of service.

The area affected by the water main break includes Hemlock Drive and Hemlock Court from Woodside Plantation Drive to Dewberry Lane. A utility crew is on the scene working to restore service.
