Man reports his cars were egged for weeks
An Aiken man reported that someone has been throwing eggs at his vehicles parked at his home for the past four weeks, according to a report by Aiken Public Safety.
The Mallard Lake Road resident reported on Saturday that someone has egged his two vehicles at his home for the past four Fridays. He was “uncertain” of any permanent damage to the vehicles, according to the report.
The victim gave officers the name of a possible suspect, his daughter’s ex-boyfriend. He told officers that the vehicle belonging to his daughter’s new boyfriend has also been egged.
North Augusta PD look for car burglar suspect
The North Augusta Department of Public Safety is asking for help in finding a man they say broke into multiple cars on Friday night. According to a statement, the break-ins happened on Waccamaw Drive and West Martintown Road between 10 and 10:30 p.m.
A residential security camera captured what appears to be a black male in his late 30s or 40s and average build. A white SUV he was in appears to be a Nissan or Mitsubishi and may have some minor damage to the back or side from backing over a mailbox on Socastee Drive.
