Mead Hall Boys 35

New Hope 31

Mead Hallís boys middle school basketball team scored its first win over New Hope of Augusta. The leading scorer for the Panthers was Griffith James with 11 points, followed by Ben Gilligan with nine points. Others scoring for Mead Hall included Chris Brinkley with six points, Zion Glover with five, and Cameron Glover and Dimitri Martin both with two points each. The leading scorer for New Hope was Michah Williams with 11 points.

Heritage Academy 32

Mead Hall suffered its second loss of the season to Heritage Academy of Augusta. Griffith James scored nine points for the Panthers followed by Zion Glover and Ben Gilligan with 5 points each. The majority of the points for Heritage were made by Jalen Matthews who scored 24 for the Warriors. Mead Hall (1-2) next faces Our Lady of Peace on November 26 in Aiken.

Covenant Middle School 14

The Lady Panthers gained their third win of the season over Covenant Middle School of Columbia. Faith Kneece scored 24 for Mead Hall, and Donna Andres scored six points. Sydney Toole, Isabelle Igoe, and Olivia Oswald each scored two points. The undefeated Lady Panthers are in action next against Our Lady of Peace on November 26 in Aiken.
