Jacob Ernie Ball, 23 — simple possession of marijuana, driving under the influence

Aaron Trayson Taylor, 29 — assault and battery third degree two counts

Justin Dwayne Wood, 21 — malicious injury to a tree

Timmie Terell McMillan, 33 — operating an uninsured motor vehicle

Richard John Manning III, 45 — fraudulent check or stop payment 12 counts

Edward Vincent Keeney Jr., 45 — family court civil contempt

Carrie Ann Gainey, 30 — shoplifting $2,000 or less

James Perry Daily, 32 — shoplifting $2,000 or less
