Letter: Appreciates help from court

My husband died in July of 2009. In August of 2009 I visited the Aiken County Probate Court office.

As most people, I had no idea what probate was all about. I was assisted with care and compassion by the staff during the entire process.

They made what was a difficult time easier. Sue Roe has assembled a top-notch staff that actually cares about people and their grief. The staff knew exactly what needed to be done and walked me through each step.

I am grateful to Roe for her experience, dedication and compassion for the citizens of Aiken County.

I will be casting my vote for Sue Roe on Nov. 6.
