Sasser-LivingstoneMr. and Mrs. James W. Sasser(Eli Beck Livingstone)Eli Beck Livingstone of Aiken, S.C., and James W. Sasser of Aiken, S.C., were married Nov. 6, 2010, in Tybee Island, Ga. (Savannah). The bride was given in marriage by her son, Daniel Grass, and his son, Sean Sasser. The Rev. Ray Popham of Oasis Church in Aiken officiated.The bride is a daughter of Robert and Laura Livingstone, Jr. of Falmouth, Mass. The bridegroom is a son of Grady Sasser and Lois Rutland Smith. He is a grandson of Alan Sasser and Joseph and Maud Rutland. Laura Bailey of Aiken, S.C., was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Gwen Scott of Brunswick, Ga., friend of the bride; Mary Margaret Adams of Woodstock, Ga., friend of the bride; and Elaine Burrows of Aiken, friend of the bride.Jeffrey Sasser, brother of groom, of Richmond Hill, Ga., was the best man.Groomsmen were Roger Stephens of Savannah, Ga., friend of groom; Tommy Scott of Brunswick, Ga., friend of groom; and Lloyd Adams of Woodstock, Ga., friend of groom.Following a reception in Tybee Island, Ga., the couple left for a wedding trip to Miami Beach, FL and Key West, FL.They will reside in Aiken, S.C.The bride is a graduate of Falmouth High School, Falmouth, Mass. She is a graduate of Becker College, Worchester, Mass., with a degree in fashion design. She is employed by Classy Sassy Re-Sale Boutique Aiken, (owner).The bridegroom is a graduate of Savannah High School, Savannah, Ga.. He is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (Ga. Tech) with a degree in Chemistry (B.S.) He is employed by Quantum Scientific Inc-Aiken, S.C. (owner).
