According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
Two 15-year-old students were detained for disorderly conduct on Tuesday after fighting with each other at school.
An Aiken woman allegedly shoplifted on Wednesday after she took several items off shelves in a Whiskey Road store and then tried to return them.
Burglaries were reported on Highland Park Drive and York Street.
A vehicle break-in was reported on Fabian Drive on Wednesday. The owner reported a purse missing.
According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
A 50-year-old Aiken woman accused her son of stealing her checkbook and over-drafting her account.
A San Antonio, Texas, man reported on Wednesday that he was traveling down Edgefield Highway toward Interstate 20 when an unknown motorist threw an object out the window of their vehicle, striking the victim’s vehicle and cracking the windshield.
A burglary was reported on Daley Drive in Warrenville on Wednesday. The owner reported jewelry and cigarettes missing.
Additional burglaries were reported on Hutchinson Drive in North Augusta, Combs Drive in Aiken and Stadium Circle in Clearwater.
