Copper wiring was reported stolen from several unfinished homes on Fox Haven Drive on Monday.
An Aiken man reported fraud on Monday after an unknown person wrote two checks from an account he closed several years ago.
A 33-year-old Ridge Spring man reported on Tuesday that an unknown person stole several checks from his home and tried to cash one.
A 26-year-old Aiken man was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after he tried to take a pair of sunglasses and jeans from a store in Aiken Mall without paying.
A burglary was reported on Woodside Plantation Drive on Tuesday. Food items were reported stolen.
According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
Batteries were reported stolen from a business on Whiskey Road in Aiken on Tuesday.
Copper wiring was reported stolen from a business on Canary Lake Road in North Augusta on Tuesday.
A 20-year-old Warrenville man was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after he took two packs of soft drinks from a store on Jefferson Davis Highway in Langley.
A burglary was reported on Atomic Road in Jackson on Tuesday.
A vehicle was reported stolen from Barway Drive in Aiken on Tuesday.
