Widespread Panic has announced its summer Tour, and the CSRA is on the list.
Widespread Panic will be in Augusta on June 11 at the James Brown Arena. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
Widespread Panic, a rock band that originated in Athens, Ga., has been around for about two decades and have released 10 albums with hits like “Vacation”, “Sleeping Man” “Let It Rock” and “Aint' Life Grand”.
The band is made up of John Bell, Dave Schools, Todd Nance, John “Jojo” Hermann, Domingo “Sunny” Ortiz and Jimmy Herring.
According to a press release, Widespread Panic is one of the “top touring acts” in the country as they've played dozens of sold-out concerts and events.
