According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 64-year-old Batesburg man was detained for shoplifting on Sunday after he tried to take $365 in items from a store on Richland Avenue without paying.

A 5-foot by 12-foot metal trailer was reported stolen from a church on Whiskey Road on Monday.

A 41-year-old North Augusta woman reported her wallet missing after going to a store on Richland Avenue on Monday.

An unknown man shoplifted a pressure washer and an air compressor from a store on Whiskey Road on Monday.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A Jackson, Miss., man reported identity theft on Monday after receiving a bill in the mail from Atlantic Broadband for $600. The man reported that he hasn’t lived in South Carolina for years.

A Montmorenci man reported vandalism on Monday after someone busted a windshield and broke a window on his vehicle on Woodward Drive.

A burglary was reported on Foreman Road in Beech Island on Monday. The owner reported electronics missing.

An additional burglary was reported on Harrison Road in Warrenville on Monday.

An air conditioner unit was reported missing from Bethlehem Circle in Graniteville on Sunday.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Confederate Road in Aiken on Monday. The owner reported an iPad missing.

An additional vehicle break-in was reports on Andrews Circle in Aiken on Monday.
