Deputies were called to a domestic dispute in Warrenville on Tuesday that was started over the suspect’s eggs being cooked improperly, according to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened about 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday at a home on Pine Street, according to the sheriff’s report. The man and woman told deputies they got into a verbal altercation over the man’s eggs breaking while being cooked.
The suspect began throwing items around the home, breaking a coffee pot, the report stated.
The 32-year-old female victim then locked the suspect out of the home.
The suspect said he tried to get his belongings so he could leave, police said. The victim said she tried to take a pack of cigarettes she’d bought the suspect that were in his pocket, and in the process she lost her balance and fell.
The suspect packed his items and went to stay with his mother. No charges were filed.
