Letter: Bias exhibited by Fox News

I know it’s wishful thinking, but I hope the improvement in the economy as measured by the gross national product, the stock market and the jobless rate will stop some of the groundless complaints from Fox News against the president.

Conservatives urge liberals, like myself, to listen to Fox and I do. They likewise should listen to MSNBC. However a “fair and balanced” reporting would at least mention some of the good things that have happened in the last 5 years: the stopping of wars, the improved diplomacy preventing further wars, containment of terriorists and the saving and improvement of the economy. The record would be better had it not been for the tea party obstruction.

Each episode on Fox seems to start with an “unfair and unbalanced” rehashing of a conservative talking point from a frothing commentator accompanied by a symphony of support from a mutual admiration society. When is the last time Fox said anything good or neutral about our president?
