According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
An unknown man damaged the drive-thru window of a restaurant on Richland Avenue early on Thursday. The suspect drove up to the window and demanded a drink from the employees, who told him the business was closed. The man then became upset and struck the window, knocking a time clock off the wall, and fled the scene.
A burglary was reported at a home on Greenwich Drive on Saturday. The suspects reportedly disassembled two air conditioner units and took the coiling from inside the units, entered the home and tore holes in the sheetrock walls to steal copper wiring.
An additional burglary was reported at a home on Carver Terrace on Tuesday. The owner reported a video game system missing.
According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
An unknown man on Thursday took two cases of beer from a convenience store on Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta without paying.
An unknown man took several items from another convenience store on Jefferson Davis Highway in North Augusta on Thursday without paying.
A burglary was reported at a home on Green Acres Park Lane in Warrenville on Thursday. The owner reported a television missing.
Additional burglaries were reported on Canary Lane in Salley, Rodgers Road in Aiken, Spring Drive in North Augusta, Springdale Road in Graniteville and Pineview Avenue in North Augusta.
