Aiken trained Dancing House is among the entries in Sunday’s 7-furlong, $300,000, Grade 1 Spinaway Stakes, at Saratoga Race Course.
The gray filly is campaigned by Godolphin Racing, was bred by Darley Stable, and was broken and trained in Aiken by Tim Jones. Dancing House is by Grade 1 winner Tapit, is out of the multiple Grade 1 winner Tout Charmant, and is conditioned at the racetrack by Kiaran McLaughlin.
The Kentucky-bred is the co-sixth choice in the field of nine horses, and is 12/1 on the morning line. Jockey Irad Ortiz Jr. will have the return call on Dancing House in the Spinaway, who drew post position no. 5. The juvenile filly won her debut by a head, in a 6-furlong, maiden special weight race, on July 31 at Saratoga Race Course.
