According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 33-year-old Aiken woman was detained for DUI on Monday after officers saw her moped cross the center line, as well as swaying back and forth. The woman exhibited signs of intoxication, and was taken into custody after failing multiple field sobriety tests.

An Aiken man reported finding a plastic bag containing what appeared to be marijuana on the sidewalk while running on Spencer Drive on Monday.

An Aiken man reported a television missing from his Edgefield Avenue home on Monday.

Officers responded to a call of shots fired on Aldrich Street on Tuesday. They investigated but could not substantiate the call.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

Burglaries were reported Monday on Deerwood Drive in North Augusta, Hancock Road in Aiken, Green Pond Road in Aiken, Old Sudlow Lake Road in North Augusta and Barton Cove Drive in Aiken.

Five residents of Railroad Street in Bath reported on Monday that someone egged their cars. The victims said they did not see or hear anything, but one homeowner said he or she saw multiple individuals walking around outside before the incident happened.
