LETTER: More eateries means congestion

More eateries means congestion

Well, another restaurant has been approved for the congested area of Whiskey Road.

Doesn’t anyone on the zoning board see a problem with that decision? Apparently not.

There are more than seven restaurants, not including the fast food eateries, in that area.

There are so many other locations without the congestion that could be utilized and yet the decision is made to allow another business in that area.

This town is looking more and more like the overbuilt and congested areas that we left behind in the northern states.

The quality of life of Aiken that appealed to so many is being destroyed by people on a zoning board who look only at dollar signs from more city taxes.
