Two people were detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after they pushed a cart loaded with merchandise out the door of Walmart on Whiskey Road without paying, loaded the items into their vehicle and fled the scene. Officers saw the vehicle nearby in the T.J. Maxx parking lot.
