A trio of players led the way for Ridge Spring-Monetta (12-5, 6-0 Region 4-A) in the win.
Ebony Hines, Crystal Preston and Porsha Quattlebaum each had eight points for the Trojans, who will hit the road to play Blackville-Hilda on Tuesday.
South Aiken 41, White Knoll 36
South Aiken (7-3, 2-2 Region 5-AAAA) evened its region record with the win.
MaKenzie Smith led the team in scoring with 16 points, and Kyasia Youmans added 13.
The T-Breds play at rival Aiken on Tuesday.
Strom Thurmond 59, Midland Valley 37
Strom Thurmond (10-5, 4-1 Region 5-AAA) got big production from a pair of players in its region victory over the Mustangs.
Shakyra Martin had 19 points, and Shay Widener added 16 for the Rebels, who host Brookland-Cayce on Friday.
South Aiken 60, White Knoll 52
South Aiken (6-9, 2-2 Region 5-AAAA) got a crucial region win behind 21 points from Jordan Dingle.
He was joined in double-digit scoring by Jordan Scott with 13 points, and Austin Kyles added nine points.
The T-Breds will next play at rival Aiken on Tuesday.
Strom Thurmond 73, Midland Valley 52
Strom Thurmond (14-6, 4-1 Region 5-AAA) picked up a big home win over Midland Valley (13-7, 4-1).
The Rebels got 16 points from Jasergio Kennion and 14 from Daquarius Johnson, and they will host Brookland-Cayce on Friday. The Mustangs, who travel to play Gilbert on Friday, were led by Kameron Brown with 14 points and Jaquan Hall with 10.
Williston-Elko 54, North 46
Williston-Elko (8-6, 4-3 Region 4-A) got back above .500 in region play behind a pair of double-doubles.
Kalief Freeman had 14 points and 15 rebounds, while Justice Wallace picked up 15 points and 10 boards. Jerry James almost joined them with 12 points and eight rebounds, and Antonio Coleman had 11 assists.
The Blue Devils will host Wagener-Salley on Tuesday.
