Aídarius Brown led the way for the Rams with 17 points, Matthew Drayton had 11 and Joshua Drayton had 10. Jordan Lytes wasnít far off the pace with nine points.


The Rams will play at AL Corbett on Monday, with the girls tipping things off at 5:30 p.m.

LBC (2-0) handed Corbett (0-1) a loss in its opener behind a 21-point effort by Tayler Wade. Hunter Morris also scored in double digits for the winning squad with 10.


LBC will host New Ellenton on Monday at 5:30 p.m.

Johntrez Wise led Aiken (1-0) to a season-opening win with 12 points, and Anthony Tyler chipped in nine.

Kennedy (2-0) stayed unbeaten, thanks in large part to Tancey Richardsonís 21 points. The Eagles also got eight points from Najee Whosendove and will play on Monday at home against Ridge Spring-Monetta at 5:30 p.m.

Destiny Williams led the way for Schofield (1-1) with 14 points, and Kayla Rogers added four.

Aiken (1-0) won its season opener behind a balanced scoring attack that saw LaKayla Odom score nine points and Madeline Hamric and DaNasha Parker score six apiece.

Kennedy MS 41, Jackson 17


Mallory Prandy scored 13 points for Kennedy, Maci Hutto scored 12 and Jordyn Williams scored eight in the big win.


Kennedy will host Ridge Spring-Monetta Monday at 5:30 p.m.
