The Aiken Department of Public Safety responded to vehicle break-ins on Richland Avenue, Pine Street and Dillon Avenue.

Aiken Public Safety responded to a call of shots fired on Sirius Drive around 3:10 p.m. on Monday. Officers said a man had discharged a pellet gun.

The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office responded to vehicle break-ins on Jerusalem Branch Road in Salley, Demedicis Boulevard in Warrenville and Atomic Road in Beech Island.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to burglaries on Cedar Road in Aiken, Columbia Highway in Ridge Spring, Trotter Court in Jackson, Pine Log Road in Aiken, Bettis Academy Road in Graniteville, and Windham Way in Aiken.

A Graniteville woman told the Sheriff’s Office that she left her home for a short time on Saturday and returned to find the bushes in her front yard on fire. The fire damaged the bushes and the siding on her home. The cause of the fire remains unknown.
