Police blotter for Oct. 25

A burglary was reported on Florence Street. The door of the residence was blocked by a couch, and the victim reported two televisions and game console missing.

A stolen vehicle was reported on York Street. The vehicle is a black Chevrolet Impala. Officers found several items removed from the vehicle on the ground where it was parked.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Bedford Place. The owner reported two handguns missing.

Officers responded to a burglary on Aldrich Street. At the residence, they found signs of forced entry, according to the report. The owner reported several electronics missing.

Aiken Public Safety officers responded to a report of shots fired on Hitchcock Parkway near Oriole Street around 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Officers could not find anything to substantiate the report.

The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office responded to break-ins on Shaws Crest Drive in Aiken, Windsor Drive in Beech Island, West Carolina Avenue in Aiken, Dodge Street in Gloverville and Belvedere Road in Clearwater.

Stolen vehicles were reported on Outing Club Road and Morris Pond Road in Aiken.
