University names new nursing director

Katherine Miller, RN, MSN, CCRN, NEA-BC, is University Hospital’s new director of cardiovascular nursing and respiratory services. Miller is a native of Savannah, Ga., and comes to University from Columbia, where she had a similar role at Providence Hospital. Miller has a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a postgraduate leadership fellowship from the University of South Carolina, and a master’s degree in nursing administration form the Medical University of South Carolina.
