Last week I shopped at Publix and discovered at the checkout counter that I had left my billfold at home.
A brief discussion ensued with the checker and I hurriedly left the store to go home and get my billfold. When I returned, the checker told me that the lady in line behind me had paid for my groceries.
She had tried to catch up with me in the parking lot but I was already gone. I was unable to get her name but she told the checker that one good deed deserves another and perhaps there would come a time when I could help out another who was in need.
God bless this lady.Phyllis Roy
