The Aiken Kidney Benefit is a local charity established in 1992 for the benefit of patients in greater Aiken, Edgefield and Barnwell counties who suffer from kidney disease, especially kidney failure.

The Benefit produces a Broadway musical every fall and a 5K Spotlight Run every spring to raise money for the charity.

One hundred percent of the money raised is used to assist patients in the community.
