The Cedar Creek Community is doing a little spring cleaning for charity.
The Cedar Creek Ladies Club will hold its Clean Sweet Estate Sale Charity Fundraiser on March 16. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. bargain hunters can stop by the VFW Hall at 116 Midway Circle and rummage through community treasures.
There is plenty of parking and no entrance fee is required, however the CCLC Ladies will be accepting donations at the door.
This event is sponsored by the Cedar Creek Ladies Club to raise monies for local charities that are supported by the club. Last year, the Ladies Club Way and Means committee, through its many events, raised over $20,000 for local charities. To find the location, look for the VFW Sign on Whiskey Road South.
All proceeds support the club's community outreach programs.
