An Aiken man is facing charges of criminal sexual conduct and sexual exploitation of a minor. 

Aiken County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Oakley George Snipes, 41, of Aiken on Saturday. 

Officers located multiple videos of sexual contact between a minor and Snipes on Snipes' cell phone, Deputy Ro Sullivan said in a report.

Snipes faces two charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 11 and one charge of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor

Both are felonies.

Criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 is punishable by a mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison or life in prison. 

First degree sexual exploitation of a minor is punishable by between three and 20 years in prison which is to run consecutively with other charges the person faces. 

Aiken County Magistrate Donna Williamson set Snipes' bond at $15,000 cash Monday. 

Snipes remains in the Aiken County detention center as of 2:45 p.m. Monday.
