Monroe Priester
Mr. Monroe Priester, 62, of 181 Priester Lane, entered into rest Dec. 4, 2009, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. Funeral arrangements will be announced.
Mr. Priester was a member of the Mt. Harris Baptist Church and was a member of the male chorus. He was a 1968 graduate of Martha Schofield High School.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce M.B. Priester of Aiken; a daughter, Jessica Priester of Orlando, Fla.; a son, Nelson (Tiwana) Priester Jr. of Atlanta, Ga.; mother, Estelle Priester of Aiken; two sisters, Mattie (Samuel) Walker and Irene (Clay) Jackson, both of Aiken; a brother, Harry (Lucille) Priester of Aiken; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
