Christine Hall McKie
Mrs. Christine Hall McKie, 72, entered into eternal rest Oct. 15, 2009, at National Healthcare.
Mrs. McKie, a native of Aiken County, was a member of Old Macedonia Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Edward McKie of North Augusta; a son, Christopher McKie of Charlotte, N.C.; a brother, Jeremiah Hall of Graniteville; two sisters, Earnestine (James) Johnson and Evelyn (Joseph) Blocker of Trenton; two grandchildren, Taylor McKie of Little Rock, Ark., and Tasha Abney of Augusta; an aunt, Mary Gowdy of Augusta; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at the residence of her sister, Earnestine (James) Johnson, 679 Mount Zion Road, Trenton, or after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009, at Old Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Limuer Myers officiating.
