Marion Elizabeth Sanders of Austin, Texas, and Juan Manuel Moreno of Austin, Texas, were married April 26, 2008, in Austin, Texas. The bride was given in marriage by her nephew, Augustus Raymond Estrada. The Rev. Vickie L. Wood officiated.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff and Christie Gracey of Summerville and the late Mr. Fred L. Sanders III of Augusta. She is a granddaughter of Marion Kennedy and the late Augustus "Ray" Oglesby of Aiken and the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lamar and Joyce Jenkins Sanders Jr.
The bridegroom is a son of Senora Felicitas Moreno of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. He is a grandson of the late Senor Pedro and Senora Lola Moreno Ramirez of San Miguell, Mexico.
Taefa Ayers of Augusta, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaid were Alyssa F. Sanders of Austin, Texas, sister of the bride, and Winona Lord of Arlington, Va., friend of the bride.
Jose Baulista Moreno of Austin, Texas, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Fred L. "Sonnie" Sanders IV, brother of the bride, and Richard D. Sanders brother of the bride, both of Augusta, Ga.
Following a reception at Keller Landing on Lake Travis, the couple left for a wedding trip to Poipu Kai, Kauai, Hawaii.
They will reside in Austin, Texas.
The bride is a graduate of Evans High School in Martinez, Ga. She is a graduate of Augusta State University and attended the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain, with a degree in communications and a minor in Spanish. She is employed by Texas Medical Institute of Technology.
The bridegroom is employed by Jasper's of Austin, Texas.
