"A Prairie Home Companion" creator and host Garrison Keillor will take the stage at the Bell Auditorium for one night only.

The popular radio show host "spits out some of the most hilarious anecdotes about growing up in the American Midwest and the aging process, not to mention 'late-life fatherhood.'" His dry sense of humor has been captivating audiences since 1974. His stories are said to be delivered with class, charisma and wisdom.
Keillor's show originated in Minnesota; he later did a brief stint in New York before settling back into his Midwestern roots. The show has been broadcast live from Canada, Ireland, Scotland, England, Germany, Iceland and almost every one of the 50 states.
According to the Prairie Home Companion website, the show is heard by more than 4 million listeners each week on some 590 public radio stations and abroad on America One and the Armed Forces Networks in Europe and the Far East.
A discounted ticket price is available through today, while supplies last. All tickets are marked down to $30 per person.
