Coloring contest winner will get chance to tour stables

Win a chance to meet a racehorse and win an Aiken Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame and Museum gift pack with the Let's Go to the Races Coloring Contest.

The contest is open to any Aiken County elementary school student (public and private) or home school student.

The winner will be notified by phone on Tuesday, Sept. 27 and will receive an Aiken Racing Hall of Fame Gift Pack.

The winner will also receive a personal tour of Dogwood Stable.

The winner's name and photo will be appear in the Aiken Standard, on the City of Aiken's website and the City of Aiken PRT Department's Facebook page.

Contest Rules:

1. Students must be currently enrolled in grades K-5 at an Aiken County Elementary School (Public or Private) or at an Aiken County Home School.

2. Cut out the picture that appears on this page of the Aiken Standard, color and submit.

3. Parent/Guardian must complete the information form.

4. Contest deadline is Friday, September 24 by 5 p.m.

5. Mail the picture and completed form to:
