justice needs to be served :  7/17/2008

i do not know what to say. i feel the police should do more investigating and dig deeper to find out what exactly happened. i feel questions that should be asked by the officers are: why were you driving so fast, what caused you to run off the road, if he was already hanging out the window and had not flew out the whole time why all of a sudden...what type of impact caused him to fly out before you hit the tree. they need to check the tire marks in the road and see if they match his, see if theres any paint on the back of his car if indeed someone hit him and caused the impact for him fly out. if i were the sisters and girlfriend in this situation...i would have done the same thing to the girl. if she did have something to do with it the charges would be: leaving the scene of an accident, withholding information, vehicular homicide, wreckless driving, endangerment to society. and to put the blame on someone else is riduculous.i send my condolences to the family and his fellow peers.
